By accessing or using Ghost Builder Pro (an asset of Leapjuice, owned by Leapjuice LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be exactly 18 years or older to use this platform or create an account.

2. Credit Expiration Policy

To ensure we can continue to provide top-tier AI generation without sacrificing quality, all purchased credits, packages, and licenses remain valid for exactly 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase. After 365 days, any unused credits will automatically expire.

3. No Refund Policy & Satisfaction Guarantee

Due to the nature of digital goods and the direct API costs associated with AI generation, we do not offer refunds.

4. AI Models & Quality Commitment

Ghost Builder Pro is currently powered by Google's Gemini 3.1 Pro model. While we cannot predict future AI model pricing or availability, we honor all purchases for 1 year.

We refuse to sacrifice quality to save on margins. We will always use the most effective, highest quality, and most powerful models available to ensure we deliver top-tier results and massive value to our customers.

5. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Once you use a download credit to export your generated Handlebars and CSS source code, you own that code. You are free to use it for personal or commercial projects without vendor lock-in. Leapjuice LLC makes no claim to the copyright of your exported themes.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, as Leapjuice LLC is registered in Salem, NH.
